About Us
Enjoy An Exceptional Journey of Taste
Sonsons Pasty Company is rooted in the heart of Cornwall, inspired by family traditions and a passion for authentic, handcrafted pasties. Growing up in Cornwall, England, we spent years perfecting the art of pasty making in a small bakery in Helston, guided by my mum’s dedication to quality and flavor. These years of experience and love for traditional baking shaped our commitment to bringing genuine Cornish pasties to your table.
Today, we carry forward this legacy with every pasty we make, using traditional recipes and the finest ingredients to offer an unforgettable taste experience. From our signature Steak and Sausage and Chicken pasties to our Vegetarian and Plant-Based options, each creation is a tribute to our heritage and our love for sharing Cornwall’s unique flavors.
Cornish Pasties – Cornish Roots
I am blessed to have an amazing, caring, loving mum, who is also my inspiration for my company, Sonsons Pasty Company.
I was born and raised in beautiful Cornwall, England where I lived for the first 32 years of my life. Mum and I worked together for many years in a bakery in Helston, Cornwall making the best pasties in the county. I feel like I’m the luckiest person alive to be given the opportunity to start my own business. We are using all our knowledge and pasty making skills to bring you our authentic, delicious handmade pasties.

Picked up a couple of the steak pasties and was blown away! The crust is buttery and delish, filling was generous, and it was seasoned well. Large portions and worth every penny! I’m pretty sure this is going to become a habit.
My husband and I really like this place! Sometimes the hot and ready selection doesn't have everything on the menu, but you could always take a frozen one home to heat up (which I've done and they are just as good!) My favorite is the Cornish Cheesy pasty!
My husband and daughter recently found Sonsons and I can not say enough good things about them! We've been in 4 times in less than 2 weeks and each pasty we try exceeds expectations and the sausage rolls are amazing as well. Julie is an absolute pleasure to be around and is so lovely to chat with. Highly recommend!
